NFL Cheerleader Charged With Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Boy, Claims She Thought He Was a Grown Man

Getting freaky with a cheerleader is a fantasy of many teenage boys, but it’s actually super creepy when there’s a 30-year age gap between the two parties — and one of them isn’t even in high school yet.

Elizabeth Leigh Garner is a 42-year-old former Tennessee Titans cheerleader living in Nashville. She was apparently at a party in the Murfreesboro last month and she had a few drinks. Well, more than a few — if her side of the story is to be believed.

Garner has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for rape of a child after police allege she tried to perform oral sex on the 12-year-old son of the party’s hosts.

That’s about as flagrant a party foul as you’re ever going to see.

The young child told police that a drunk Garner followed him into a bathroom in the home and began asking him questions about whether he’d ever been with a woman. She then allegedly grabbed his crotch area and tried to remove his pants, telling him that she would perform oral sex on him.

The kid was understandably very freaked out and fled the bathroom. He told his mother about what happened and, presumably, the party soon came to a crashing, awkward halt.

Garner hasn’t denied that she tried to seduce a child 30 years her junior. Instead, she’s taking the interesting defense of claiming that she was so sloppy drunk that she mistook the kid for a grown man who was also at the party.

We’ll see how that one holds up in court.
