The Falcons intercepted Manning three times in the first quarter of the game, including one pick that safety William Moore returned to the one yard-line. Running back Michael Turner then punched in the game’s first touchdown.
After the game, Turner was apparently in the mood to celebrate. And then drive home.
He was arrested around 4 a.m. this morning after police spotted him speeding in his Audi R8. He was clocked at 97 miles per hour in a 65 zone and was pulled over. Cops detected the presence of alcohol and asked Turner to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused. He was then arrested and taken to county jail, where he was booked and released.
Turner can expect to hear from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell some time not long after he sobers up.
