If you haven’t seen it yet.
I think it’s safe to say that this business owner was pretty stoked about President Obama visiting his pizzeria. The best thing about the video are the gasps and near swoons when the big fella gives the POTUS a bear hug. The bear hugger is none other than Scott Van Duzer of Fort Pierce, FL, and his business is Big Apple Pizza. I mention this because his actions were soon hated by the haters, and people began to rate his business poorly on Yelp, including this California Yelper who has never been to the establishment, and who will remain unnamed, because of such foolish narrow mindedness.
Well.. I’d eat there but after seeing the owner grab our leftist President I felt compelled to disrespect his establishment as much as the President disrespects our constitution. Shame on you Scott Van Duzer for thumbing your nose at all the small business owners this President has disrespected for the last four years. I guess you DIDN’T BUILD IT! I hope you’re prepared for many more Yelps like this!!! Maybe you weren’t thinking, or maybe you are the only liberal pro Obama business owner, who knows.. but you won’t get mine or anyone else’s business for your treachery.
I’m going to editorialize, considering that Mr. Scott Van Duzer is a Republican who has chosen to support Barack Obama. Unless you sustain your business by being the only shopper there, you didn’t build it on your own. You are RELIANT on the whole of your community to shop at your business. Yeah. That’s modified communism that is adapted by a capitalist regime, and it’s a beautiful thing, because it allows for competition within local communities. There are multiple ways to enjoy such success, and if this Yelper is a business owner, it’s not surprising to me that he has struggled over the past several years.
I don’t care if it’s Bill Clinton, George Bush 1 or 2, Barack Obama… If one of them walks into my business, I’m going through the roof!
