Mitt Romney Will Announce His Running Mate On His New App, Called Mitt’s VP

The times really are a-changin’.

Mitt Romney’s campaign team has revealed that the Republican presidential candidate will reveal his choice for a running mate via his brand-new app for Android and iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). The app is called Mitt’s VP and it’s available for free in the App Store and Google Play store.

Barack Obama was widely praised for his use of new technology during his 2008 campaign, so it appears that Mitt is trying to one-up the POTUS with this move. Obama isn’t being totally left in the dust, however. He also has his own app for the upcoming election season.

Screenshots of the Romney app are posted below. Anyone downloading it should be aware that it may automatically opt you in to receiving e-mails from the Romney campaign. Of course, if you actually download an app based on Mitt Romney, you are probably okay with receiving those emails.

So… any guesses as to who Romney will reveal as his running mate?
