I’ve never understood the mentality behind celebs who get themselves into trouble, and after dodging a few legal bullets, continue to climb up slippery slopes. These are behaviors learned in childhood. The classic case of I do what I want, when I want. It just sucks when your first taste of social accountability comes at such a cost.
As you’re probably aware, the woman now referred to as Lindsay Lohan, who has rapidly become a shell of the up and coming talented personality that went by the same name, got into a car accident on the PCH in Los Angeles last week. She rear-ended a big rig while driving her Porsche, and then offered a statement to the Santa Monica Police that her assistant was driving the vehicle. This is not what the truck driver reported, and unfortunately for Lohan, not what her assistant reported. Providing false information may very well result in a parole violation. Landing Lohan back in court to face additional time served.
The truck driver has retained the services of an attorney, and has stated that Lohan tried to bribe him to keep his mouth shut. He also said that there was a pink bag that was removed from the car and the scene before authorities arrived. Lindsay has countered by stating that the driver is a liar–that he’s just trying to make a buck off of her. However, in Lohan’s case, it doesn’t look good when she has lied about the accident to begin the accident report.
This girl is about as dense as they come. The production company she is currently contracted with, offered car services within her contract, but she opted to drive. And we all know what happens when Lindsay drives.
