Ryan Braun Crushes Three Homers, Including This Ridiculous Bomb To The Upper Deck (VIDEO)

Ryan Braun managed to avoid getting suspended for performance-enhancing substances, but his perform hasn’t been any less enhanced as of late. Last night, the San Diego Padres were unable to prevent Braun from unloading on the ball. He became the first hitter to ever record three home runs in the same game in Petco Park history.

Unsatisfied with the three homers he hit in his earlier at-bats, Braun topped things off with a two-run triple in the ninth inning. That particular hit would have also been a home run in many of the major-league ballparks that are smaller than Petco Park. In fact, Petco is so large and normally such a pitcher’s park that there have been recent talks about bringing in the outfield walls.

“There’s no doubt this is one of the more challenging if not the most challenging place to hit home runs in the league,” Braun said of Petco’s expansive outfield.

Braun’s second homer was a thing of beauty, travelling all the way to the upper deck at Petco. MLB.com has the video from the game broadcast here, but those jerks won’t allow me to embed it below. Instead, here’s a fan’s view of the bomb:
