R. Kelly, just a few years ago, regaled us with the tale of a man trapped in the closet of his lover, while a whole array of near-psychotic events transpired. It swept the nation either in an serious and ironic way, with Kelly presenting special editions of the saga, sung over a repetitive water-dripping beat. Now? Kels has revealed that in between bouts of trying to sell his Chicago home, he’s also got 32 more chapters of ‘Trapped In The Closet’ prepared for release to the public. That means you will be able to sit down for an entire day at watch Kels sing-talk until you have to go to sleep. R. Kelly also raised his profile further by appearing on last night’s X-Factor finale and singing with contestant Melanie Amaro. That’s all well and good, but in a few years time we’ll probably have forgotten about Melanie Amaro.
