70-Year-Old Canadian Football League Rivals Fight On Stage Complete With Canes and Wrestling (Watch!)

Some rivalries never die and this seems to be one of them.  Former Canadian Football League rivals Joe Kapp, 73, and Angelo Mosca, 74, were at a CFL Alumni luncheon when their rivalry was taken to new heights.  Watch what happens when Kapp, former QB of the BC Lions, offered Mosca, once a defensive tackle for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, a flower as a gesture of reconciliation.

Yup, that was Mosca responding with “stick it up your ass” and Kapp responding by walking over and putting it in his face.  The best part is the audience thinking that it’s all in good fun and then the sudden realization that these two senior citizens were actually fighting out of animosity.  When they started tumbling on stage, that’s when the audience realizes and breaks up the fight.

This rivalry goes back to almost the inception of the CFL when in the 1963 Grey Cup, Mosca made an apparent dirty tackle on Kapp’s teammate, Willie Fleming.
