Reporter Gives Update Covered In Sea Foam: MyFoxNY.com
One of the most interesting things you’ll see during hurricanes is people doing interviews in bizarre places to report on the weather – their faces pelted with feral cats, tumbleweed, street signs, whatever the wind is blowing.
One thing that you won’t often see is reporters being hit by raw sewage. That’s right, foamy raw sewage. A local news reporter from Washington D.C., instead of being hit by birds or a crippling sense of his own mortality — was buried under mountains of what appeared to be green foam. What APPEARED to be…in reality, the green foam was a mixture of water and raw sewage. Normally, when someone is buried in raw sewage on TV, it’s just an aftereffect of being on Fear Factor or between MTV’s late-night programming slots, but this was real live raw sewage. A toxic mixture of pollution and cyanobacteria.
Tucker Barnes was the man who’ll be able to show his kids and grandkids how serious he was at reporting the news with this footage.
Notable? The mixture tasted terrible, and smelled terrible too. That’s what happens when you’re covered with wet, green poop. Nothing good comes of it.
Except really entertaining video clips. I hope you laughed as hard as I did.
