Hey guys — you keep seeing Paranormal Activity movies, so they’re going to keep churning them out of the assembly line. The latest trailer for the scary series has found its way to the internet.
Paranormal Activity was a lesson in how a movie with completely unlikable characters, a ludicrous plot, and 15,000 dollars worth of effects could then gross millions of dollars if you put it in the right settings and ran effective marketing campaigns. Also, how a movie can have an ending changed by Steven Speilberg into something ludicrous. The second one was presumably about haunted babies, and now this gem is rolling into theaters this Halloween. Featuring partially grown haunted babies. If you thought caring for babies was terrifying, imagine them being possessed and bringing demons into the house.
The one thing that stuck with me about Paranormal Activity was how easy it would’ve been to just ditch your demon-haunted wife. I mean, she’s just going to wind up murdering you in the end, you could pretend you were going to get help for a few days, then abandon her.
It’s not like you can’t find another woman to compliment your day-trading lifestyle. And research into demon hauntings. Judging from the trailer, this’ll be a doozy.
