Let it be known that any book that features Samuel L. Jackson reading anything is worth its weight in gold. Every book should be read by Samuel L. Jackson. Do you realize that somewhere out there, there’s a kid who every night, gets to be read to by Samuel L. Jackson? His kids will never realize how freaking wonderful they have it. ‘Go The Fuck To Sleep’ was a book that was started as a Facebook joke, packaged together to send to booksellers and publishing houses, then was leaked on the internet, where it promptly exploded. But it was about time somebody wrote a cutesy book about the parenting problems that are oft encountered – children that won’t get knocked the hell out.
Now Audible.com has done the awesome thing that they do and released audio of Samuel L. Jackson cursing. Which is all that the world wants – more audio of Samuel L. Jackson cursing. That man is like the modern equivalent of Al Pacino.
The book’s publisher has already increased printing to match demands from the public. Because the content is obviously hilarious. Enjoy the clip.
