Jon Stewart Debates Bill O’Reilly

By Mark Lorenz on May 16th, 2011

Jon Stewart has again proven himself one of the most consistent public voices of reason, aside from the people who tell you not to party on subway tracks and urinate and electric fences; and truly one of the online genuine voices in media.

In case you missed the ridiculous last week, Republicans were making a big deal that Common was going to the White House to read poetry. Common. Universal Mind Control Common, Common the guy who released Go earlier last decade, the man who is known as a CONSCIOUS rapper as an alternative to all the fake gangsterism that’s been floating around and permeating the hip hop sphere. They found a way to complain about that, because any time the White House has more than four-five black people in it Sean Hannity has a collar that shocks him. O’Reilly challenged Jon Stewart to a debate, and of course, Stewart smacked him down Monday Night. At this point, challenging Jon Stewart to a debate is like challenging Fedor to a fight, if Fedor had a sense of humor — if you could tickle you with his punches.

Fortunately for the rest of us sane people, we have Stewart. Enclosed is a little sample of the ‘debate’.
