At what’s been termed ‘Nerd Prom’, the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, Obama unleashed a torrent of hilarious lines slamming everyone from birthers, Michelle Bachmann, his wife, Matt Damon, showed a video of his purported birth, played clips from old Hulk Hogan videos, and showcased a trailer for a movie based off the King’s Speech. All in all, the kind of comedy that can only be delivered by someone who has an awareness of his own image and place in a world of post-modern media.
