Yeah. Uhhhh, pretty sure American culture hit a nadir when we started referring to the people on Teen Mom as ‘stars’.
Seriously, as weird as the nomenclature is for porn, ascribing the term ‘star’ to people who have to put on a performance is understandable. It’s really easy to have sex in uninteresting ways. But someone who just lives their life in front of the camera and gets remitted in the hundreds of thousands? Not really a star. There’s no aspect of performance. She’s just a person they managed to sandwich a camera in front of, despite her overwhelming personal issues. And unsurprisingly, Teen Moms keep making teen-terrible decisions. Naked pictures, humping men who could pass as mountains, and now fighting people, probably in abandoned parking lots. Janelle Evans, most noted for having a baby when she was a teenager and then arranging paparazzi photos of her showing off her breast implants – has now been arrested for simple assault.
Just simple assault. You see what happens when you give teenage mothers money? They reel off and hit each other in the face. Brunswick County authorities detained teen mom Jenelle Evans of Oak Island. Two other teenage girls are charged with fighting. The 19-year-old Evans and 18-year-old Brittany Maggard also are charged with assault.
