Teenage boys know if you have a porn past. They’d be able to sniff out a porn-star in a nunnery. Which is why Tericka Dye, alias Tera Meyers, is now in trouble.
To be fair, the woman shouldn’t be in trouble. She’s done two of the most difficult jobs known to man, teaching kids and taking money for degrading sex acts. And teaching kids can sometimes feel more rough than taking money for degrading sex acts. You have to interact with children. You might be responsible for permanently scarring their mind, and they do things like constantly challenge your authority. You can’t just lay there and take it.
But because one inquisitive student uncovered Dye’s past, she’s now been fired from teaching in the Missouri school where she’d been working for years. It’s very hard to control a class if you’re a teacher WITHOUT their knowledge of your illicit activities for money. I can’t imagine how hard it was for her after they found out.
Seriously, though, if she’s a competent teacher, who cares? It’s not like she murdered anyone twenty years ago, she’s obviously reformed her life and is trying to move on. If she’s contributing positively to the lives of students, let her continue.
