Charlie Sheen has executed phase three of his warlock takeover tour. By suing the company that once employed him.
Personally, I’m very happy that there are lawyers out there transparent enough to take money from Charlie Sheen, like he might have some sort of credible, well-reasoned case. I can’t imagine the kind of thing he’d pitch to a lawyer, but if I were one, I’d smile politely and never have the thing get resolved for YEARS. Keep the money coming in, while the suit never gets resolved.
Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. for a breach of contract, trying to recoup all the money he would’ve made from Two and a Half Men – 100 million dollars. His attorney, Marty Singer, issued a statement, saying…
‘I can’t believe this is actually my job.’
Chuck Lorre’s lawyer issued a rational statement. “The allegations in the complaint against Mr. Lorre are as recklessly false and unwarranted as Mr. Sheen’s rantings in the media,” said Lorre’s attorney Howard Weitzman. “The accusations are simply imaginary.”
Adding, “Like most of Charlie Sheen’s Viking friends. Who are running in the Hollywood Hills, putting thumbtacks in the heads of tourists, driving dumptrucks full of cocaine.” Enjoy the storm about to come.
