John Travolta is one of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood. So is Justin Bieber. This week, their hair was headline news.
Not like there are things happening in other parts of the world that we should pay some attention to – celebrities got their hairs cut. In the case of Bieber, though, it may change his entire persona and libido – like Keri Russell from Felicity. His hair was a trending topic on Twitter. Will the shearing of his locks signal a new change into adulthood, and a direction that changes his music from inducing diabetes? I don’t care. His movie has now outgrossed Miley Cyrus’. We all know how she wound up.
The other big, yet incredibly boring story about hair trending right now is John Travolta. Travolta’s been in everything from musicals to adaptations of L. Ron Hubbard novels – the man’s an institution. His career nearly died in the 90’s, but was resurrected by Quentin Tarantino, and now look at him. He’s….bald? In one of the first photographs seen by the public, John Travolta is without a hairpiece. Which makes him look very very bald, but for some reason, less creepy than he’d look if he were rocking a small animal on his mug.

Everybody gets haircuts. Everybody eventually loses hair. It's not that exciting, but that's what paparazzi do. They make big deals out of nothing. I personally hope that John and Justin are proud of their hair cuts/losses.
