Taco Bell Sets the Record Straight About Their Beef

A few days ago, I wrote an article about how Taco Bell is being sued for false advertising. Basically, some people are saying that Taco Bell’s beef has so much other stuff in it that it doesn’t really qualify as beef. I was skeptical of the claim at the time and I figured that Taco Bell would quickly get things under control.

It’s taken a few days, but Taco Bell has released an image with the intention of setting the record straight. It’s nothing ground-breaking, but one interesting thing to note is that the image does include a partial description of Taco Bell’s secret recipe. Spoiler alert: they use standard taco spices.

  1. I’m so tired of people trying to sue fastfood restaurants. When I order from a McDonalds or Taco Bell, I expect the food to be unhealthy and to not have 100% natural ingredients. That’s why they call it fast food. No one is forcing me to buy my meals from their establishment. It’s my choice – just like it is anybody else’s. http://foodiegossip.blogspot.com/2010/12/your-kid-is-fat-and-its-your-fault-you.html
