Really, I don’t know what motivates the far right to keep a harem of crazy ladies waiting in the wings to take their own shot at the national spotlight, but I hope the trend continues. It does nothing but make them look worse. Michele Bachmann, we’re looking at you. Like you can’t look at cameras.
Michele Bachmann gave a rebuttal to the State of the Union address; in of itself that would be a bout of insanity. Can you imagine 50 years ago, somebody trying to televise a rebuttal to remarks that the President just made? They’d be shunned in their communities, mocked, and ridiculed. Which is what collectively, the world did to Michele Bachmann, whose facial make-up always looks like she’s been in a pillow fight with Robert Smith. Or dipped her pillows in mascara. I don’t get it. Yet she was on television, talking about how we need to fight the expansion of big government, repeal Obamacare, and basically trying her best to play a divisive political-role, speaking for the Tea Party. Here’s the thing, the Tea Party won’t even claim her speech as officially sanctioned by them.
She’s like the kid in the corner that nobody really wants on their team. Only she was televised. And looking slightly to the left.
Enjoy Bachmann’s wonk-eyes.

But you can't deny that what she is talking is right. The numbers don't lie.

You know...there was an official Republican rebuttal to Obamas speech. And this my shock you but the dems do it too...

Please stay away from political commentary. Your blind hatred of republicans makes you sound incredibly ignorant.

If -- and it's a huge if -- unemployment dips to 7% or even 8%, the election will be Obama's to lose. As regards Bachmann, did anyone see her comments about what this country was like when it was founded? (ie., Founding Fathers fighting to end slavery, everyone being treated equally when they arrived here from other countries, etc.) That kind of crazy talk overshadows the Tea Party's effort to reduce the deficit, cut taxes, etc. She should be not be representing the Tea Party, unless the idea is to turn people off from its goals....

The dems were the ones who insisted on a "fairness" rebuttal to any nationally televised Presidential speech. So now everyone does it. Typical of the left, they cannot comment on thoughts but must attack on looks and methods of delivery. I guess she doesn't have the experience Obama has at using a teleprompter, and she needs a makeup artist. Maybe since she has to pay for her airfare she can't get the beauty treatments Pelosi gets. Who cares what her eye makeup looks like? And Bachemin has been a Tea Party favorite since the beginning.
