There’s a little show called Gossip Girl that ekes by in the ratings but is a real draw online and in the teen ‘it’ crowd.
The plots are flimsy, the cast and supporting players aren’t noted for their depth or intuition towards performance – basically it’s a bunch of attractive people reading lines that people that attractive wouldn’t ordinarily say. Or think. Or be even capable of whimsying that level of articulation.
But one benefit is that the cast consists primarily of attractive people. People who used to have work as models, so there’s a tendency to get naked. I once learned on a nature show that models are the nakedest of all people, next to hippies. If they somehow found way to combine forces, like during the 60’s, everyone would be having sex. Like in the 60’s.
The crux of this story is that a main character from the show, Vanessa, got naked recently for SoBe, the beverage company. Get naked for beverages. It’s the way of the world. SoBe kinda splashed a little bit of paint over her naughty bits, but it’s still going to make me drink a ton of Arizona Iced Tea. So I can exorcise my sexual desire through my wallet.
