Women’s brains are fascinating. And according to new research, more like George Costanza’s than anybody had originally anticipated.
It’s a well-known fact that women have a more honed sense of smell than men, and a more precise sense of taste. One thing that you didn’t know? Women think about food just as often as men think about sex. Food occupies nearly the same space for women that sex does for men, with a quarter of them thinking about it every 30 minutes, and just 1 in 10 thinking about sex for the same amount of time. Men have them beat, though, with 1 in 20 thinking about sex every minute and 36 percent fantasizing about it every half hour.
More than 60 percent of women in relationships don’t feel comfortable eating in front of their partner, and almost half get shy when undressing.
Jesus Christ, ladies. We all love you. We love you. You can eat in front of us, undress in front of us, and even mix the two together. You can eat terrible Chinese food in front of us and hit us with fish…we’ll still love you.
Unsurprising results? 40 percent of women eat chocolate four times a week. Because chocolate is delicious. And like catnip to women.
