The Biggest Loser Finale: Who Won Biggest Loser 2010?

By Heather B on December 15th, 2010

Biggest Loser 2010 Patrick HouseFormer college football player Patrick House is the ‘Biggest Loser,’ after dropping nearly 200 pounds this season.

“The confetti moment was exactly what I wanted,” the contestant told PEOPLE after Tuesday night’s live show.  “From day one, I saw the confetti coming, and being on that scale and seeing the confetti coming down on me – what a moment!  I cannot be more happy.”

Patrick went from 400 lbs. to 219 lbs. in six months.

The reality show contestant celebrated his victory – and $250,000 prize – with his wife Bradley, who was in the audience, and their two sons, who were at home with relatives when season 10’s Biggest Loser was announced.

“I used to tell him all the time how handsome he was,” Bradley said.  “He’s always been this good-looking to me.  It’s just now that everybody else can tell.”

In fact, Bradley has never seen her husband at the weight he is now – when the couple first met six years ago, he was 315 lbs.  But now, as they prepare to celebrate their 5-year wedding anniversary Friday, the blue polo shirt Patrick wore when he first met his wife is too big.

“I cried when he came home and put it on because it was a little too big.  I was like, ‘We passed it!” It was amazing.  It was tears of joy,” Bradley said.
