Irina Shayk, the stunningly gorgeous girlfriend of Real Madrid soccer stud Cristiano Ronaldo, has announced she will be suing GQ Spain after the publishing company printed fake nude photos of her in their December issue.
According to Irina, she was wearing underwear for the duration of her photo shoot but her underwear was later photo-shopped out of the pics to make her appear nude to readers.
The 24-year-old model is taking action, claiming her contract allowed her approval of the pics before going to publish.
“A contract was signed on behalf of Ms. Shayk by Elite Model Management where she was to have approval of the interview, cover and images and was refused that right by the publication,” managing director of Elite (Irina’s modeling agency), Gael Marie, said in a statement.
“Ms. Shayk was not nude and did not approve these images. Irina Shayk NEVER saw the images, cover or caption that was used in GQ Spain.”
The caption Marie is referring is on the cover of the December issue and reads “Want to see the most beautiful creature in the nude?”
We’re not sure if GQ Spain plans to pull the spread from the magazine but, if they don’t, they may be forced to pay up.

UPDATE: GQ Spain is firing back at Irina claiming she willing took off her clothes. They insist they have 15 witnesses plus the original images to back them up. Looks like this means war.
