Most kids are learning to “Just say no,” or D.A.R.E. to stay away from drugs. Yet one of those kids, unaware of what they’ll someday become–unaware of their drug induced destiny, could just as easily state, “When I grow up, I’m going to be so hooked on the special sauce that I will wear a sadistic clown mask, and rob old ladies for their cash, anything worth cash and any drugs that can remove me from this hell everyone considers reality.”
In this specific case, I’m gonna guess that the guy grew up in a pretty conservative Judeo-Christian household, based on the guilty conscience that he carried throughout the whole fiasco.
I can’t do what follows justice. Especially the gem that Ms. Cutright drops when discussing the possibility of thwarting the masked villain. Do enjoy.
