For all the jibba-jibba, the gib-gabbing, the talking mctalkersons on the sidelines, yapping about how the Heat will be terrible this year – there are the believers who say they’ll be able to make it all the way to the NBA Finals.
Oh, LeBonBon. You are so misunderstood. You make fun of the detractors, reading all the hater spam you get on Twitter. You make Nike commercials also making fun of the aforementioned detractors, because you just want to do you. You don’t see how standards need to apply – you’re just a man who’s worth millions of dollars and is ridiculously good at putting a ball in a net.
In what had to be the most ridiculously anticipated games in recent history – the dream team of the Miami Heat versus the old guard of the Boston Celtics. Wait, aren’t the Boston Celtics supposedly too old to be competing against young teams? Aren’t they supposed to be taken behind the shed collectively and put down like horses who have broken their ankles
Of course not. Because they’re still the best basketball team in the entire NBA. One thing Bosh, LeBron, and Wade WERE good for on their debut was handing the ball to the opposing team. Combined they had 15 of the team’s 17 turnovers.
