How dumb do you have to be when you have EVERYTHING at your fingertips to go and mess it up again? You have to be incredibly stupid. As stupid as TI.
TI has always been a mixed bag. He specializes in party songs, but lately he’s grown more introspective – trying to help people. Trying to change their lives. All whilst driving with possession of a myriad of narcotics while under probation. It’s not a good idea to be preaching moral certitude with a blunt in one hand and syrup in the other, is it? But that’s exactly what TI tried doing – and a judge has sentenced him to 11 more months in prison.
You can whinge and moan about how it’s weird that rappers are getting locked up whilst Lindsay and other innocent white Polyannas run free amongst the dregs in Hollywood – but seriously. Don’t carry drugs if you’ve violated probation. That’s like rule 101 amongst parolees. Along with don’t punch any off-duty police officer you manage to meet at bus stops.
Seriously. TI appealed, saying he was addicted to drugs and needed to be sent to rehab, but again, he’s a repeat offender and not a scared looking child star from Disney.
