Courteney Cox Split: David Arquette Already Dating Jasmine Waltz? (Photos!)

Courteney Cox and David Arquette officially announced their separation on Monday, though TMZ reports that the couple had been living apart for several months.

After 11 years of marriage, Courteney and David insist they’re “still friends” and that they’re striving to be “responsible parents” to their 6-year old daughter, Coco.

But has David already moved on romantically?  TMZ writes that soon after his separation from Courteney, David was seen getting quite cozy with cocktail waitress Jasmine Waltz – the same woman who punched Lindsay Lohan a few months back.

That’s not what’s troubling us – given the chance, we’d probably punch Lindsay too.  Rather it’s Jasmine’s – uhh, experience? – with celebrity bachelors that’s got us a little concerned.  Over the past year and a half, Jasmine has been connected with at least five other famous men, including Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine and Jesse McCartney.  View photo gallery.

Is she a gold digger?  Is David just using her because he’s on the rebound?  Only time will tell.  But don’t feel too badly for Courteney – rumor has it she’s already moved on too, with her Cougar Town costar Brian Van Holt.
