Juan James Rodriguez Obama StreakerJuan James Rodriguez streaked in front of Barack Obama at a rally in Philadelphia Sunday, and he’ll get $1 million for his trouble.

Billionaire Alki David, known for paying others to perform elaborate stunts, reportedly offered $1 million back in August to the first person who streaks in front of the US President.  To be eligible for the cash prize, the streaker must be within “eye-shot and ear shot of the President,” write “battlecam.com”’ across their chest, scream “battlecam.com” six times, and be completely nude.

The Weekly Standard reports that two men involved with the stunt have assured them that Rodriguez met all of the requirements.  Last night, David told the New York Daily News, “This is the first time anybody has attempted it. I still don’t know if he was successful. If he has done it, I’ll pay him in cash.”

The Weekly Standard describes David as a “shipping and bottling magnate” who also owns the battlecam.com website.  The site carries live-streaming videos from people around the world, and allows viewers to vote on the content.  Successful video streamers are given priority, while the unsuccessful streamers are banned.
