Katy Perry is stirring up controversy once again with her hilarious appearance on Saturday Night Live. The “I Kissed a Girl” singer sat down for a skit with the ladies of Bronx Beat wearing an incredibly low-cut, very revealing Elmo Shirt.
Katy played a perky school kid’s library volunteer who found herself in hot water for dressing too provocatively. The skit poked fun at Katy’s Sesame Street segment which was banned from the show because of the low-cut dress Katy was wearing.
Perry didn’t directly address the Sesame Street scandal in the skit but the cleavage-bearing Elmo shirt and the many references to her provocative attire made the parallels very obvious.
