Remember when criminals went to prison. Where you could be caught driving around with large quantities of cocaine, and it wouldn’t be national knowledge that you do drugs constantly, and people would actually serve prison time?
Lindsay Lohan is not one of those people. Despite the vast communal knowledge that she does drugs constantly and her life is in shambles, despite the fact that she still hasn’t been in a decent movie since Mean Girls hit the theater screens, despite the fact she’s almost uninsurable and still gets paid ridiculous amounts for interviews, nobody seems to be looking out for her. I mean Lindsay Lohan’s name is synonymous with mess, isn’t it? She’s this generation’s Corey Haim or Corey Feldman. And chances are, she won’t even have to serve a prison sentence despite failing drug tests and leaving rehab early, because of prison overcrowding.
Let me say this – prison overcrowding is a common excuse given so rich people don’t have to serve sentences for crimes they actually committed. But if more people know Lindsay Lohan as the fallen child actor that is just as likely to set fire to your car as starring in a fetish video where she pops balloons sexily, she wavers the rights to be known as anything other than a criminal.
She is known for criminal behavior. She should serve time in jail. Jails are crowded with CRIMINALS.
Like Lindsay Lohan. Ginger-haired, fire-boxed, spoiled criminals.

My, my, such a hardened criminal. Should be locked up and throw away the key!!! Nothing like making sensationalism out of a story hey!! Hasn't anyone ever thought that she might actually need help?? I for one hope that the justice system provides her with rehab, not jail time as that is what she seems to need more. To be honest, pedophiles and rapists let out early and allowed to live in our communities annoys me. Terrorists, allowed to live in our country without being deported annoys me. The modern world accepting third world poverty and starvation annoys me. Someone who snorts a line of coke really isn't that big a deal. Who exactly is this crime against, herself?? What was she supposed to say when offered release after 13 days instead of 90?? No, please leave me in here to serve out the rest?? I think a little perspective is needed to be honest.
