If there’s one thing that a boxer should never do, that thing would be hitting a woman. If there’s one thing that they do consistently, though, it’s hitting their women.
And Floyd Mayweather is the latest to be accused of hitting his significant other. This morning, several police cars from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department showed up at one of Mayweather’s Vegas estates – spurred on from a call at 5:03 AM by his baby mama, Josie Harris, who was calling with allegations that he hit her. Law enforcement was unable to find Mayweather, and are looking to interview him.
When you’re trained to punch people in the face, that’s what you do instinctively, is punch people in the face. Personally, if I were a boxer, I’d probably punch everyone in the face, regardless of gender, orientation, or race. Because I’d have that ability. Thankfully, I’m not anywhere close to being a boxer.
The twitterverse was abuzz this morning with rumors that Mayweather’s baby mama was accusing him of violence just because she was mad at him, 50 Cent she was just trying to get money from him, but if the allegations turn out to be true, it means that Mayweather will beat up a woman, but not Manny Pacquiao.
And somewhere, he is laughing between songs.
