Two honeymooners got more than they bargained for when they stopped to watch a lion show at the MGM hotel in Las Vegas. What appeared to be a traditional animal show in the prestigious hotel quickly turned ugly when the lion turned on his trainer and started viciously attacking him.
In the video (shown below) you can see the lion suddenly get very angry with his trainer and start to move furiously towards his leg. Luckily, another trainer who was standing nearby quickly reached out to help the struggling man and aided in calming the lion down.
Titus and Drew Ellis (the newlywed couple who caught the attack on tape) say they will forever remember the incident and were happy the trainer was not significantly hurt.
But what could have triggered such a brutal attack?
No one knows for sure but sources close to the lion say Miley Cyrus and her hit song “Can’t be Tamed” may have had something to do with it…
