Wayne Rooney Scandal: Player Admits Affair with Hooker Jennifer Thompson?

By AAyles on September 6th, 2010

Wayne Rooney, is one of the most talented and respected soccer players of our time but his alleged affairs off the field have tainted his reputation and put his career at risk.

According to the UK’s Daily Mirror, Rooney has admitted to his wife that he was partaking in sexual relations with a 21-year-old hooker. The newspaper reports that Rooney confronted his wife, Coleen, with the news insisting it was “no big deal.”

Cheating on your wife while she’s pregnant with your son (which was supposedly the case) with a low-class hooker does not constitute “no big deal” – at least not in my opinion.

Photo of Rooney's Alleged MistressJennifer Thompson (photographed left) is the woman who Rooney hired for a whopping 1,200 pounds per night. She has reportedly confirmed the affair to friends and is now revealing that she also had sexual relations with 3 other soccer players in a Manchester nightclub.

This shouldn’t come as too much of a shock to Coleen, considering Rooney’s past with prostitutes. In Liverpool in 2004, 4 years before he and Coleen married and about two years after they started dating, Wayne was also guilty of soliciting prostitution . He told his wife about the cheating before they got married and had the following to say about his indiscretions:

“I was young and stupid. It was at a time when I was very young and immature and before I had settled down with Coleen.”

Some things never change.

Wayne has reportedly apologized to his wife for his recent “transgressions” but there’s no word whether the couple will stay together. If Colleen wants to make the scandal public, Rooney stands to lose up to 100 million pounds in sponsorships and she could walk away with a whopping 10 million pounds.

Do you think Wayne Rooney and his wife, Colleen, will stay together?

This is sort of unfair to the mistresses of the world...women who are involved in long-term relationships are not prostitutes. And a prostitute should be so lucky as to be a mistress!

What is it about about befriending, being photographed with, and, ideally, having sex with all the right people that can so quickly propel someone (provided they’re attractive and have meticulously groomed their online profiles) into social media superstardom? Shouldn’t Juci Jenny should be every social climber’s role model? http://scallywagandvagabond.com/2010/09/english-prostitute-jennifer-thompson-shows-us-whats-possible-once-we-master-social-media/

At least prostitutes get paid. Mistresses are just the saddos waiting for something that is never going to happen.
