No more drama – or interruptions.
A few days shy to the year anniversary of the infamous Kanye West MTV Video Awards incident – where the outspoken star interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for the Best Video Award to say that Beyonce should have snagged the trophy instead – Kanye is again apologizing to the young singer.
The rapper took to his Twitter account Saturday, writing nearly 100 tweets in just over two hours, bringing up Taylor Swift once again and ending his twitter rampage with simply, “I’m sorry Taylor.”
Kanye also announced to his followers that he had written a song for the country – pop star, tweeting, “I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that’s so beautiful I want her to have it. If she won’t take it then I’ll perform it for her.”
Host Chelsea Handler hopes to reunite Taylor and Kanye during this year’s awards show, which takes place September 12.
