Linda Hogan may just be the ultimate cougar. The former ex-wife of famed wrestler Hulk Hogan is engaged to be married to Charlie Hill, a 21 year old who attended high school with her two grown children, Brooke and Nick.
Linda (50) and Charlie (21) have decided to make their two-year relationship official next summer, on Linda’s appropriately named yacht, “Alimoney.” The timing appears to be just right for the two – as Charlie is finally old enough to legally celebrate their engagement with a glass of champagne.
Most shockingly, Hulk is taking the news of his ex-wife’s engagement fairly well. You’d think after the Hulk’s comments to Rolling Stone last year, learning that Linda actually intends to marry Charlie would cause him to fly into a yellow-onesie-ripping rage. But Hulkster is taking the high road this time. In a statement to the press earlier today, he said, “I’m ecstatic for her, I’m happy for them. I think they’re perfect for each other. I wish them the best.”
If Linda and Charlie make it down the aisle, Charlie will become step father to Brooke and Nick. Brooke is one year older than Charlie, while Nick is a year younger. Initially “totally freaked out” by her Mom’s relationship, Brooke told E! Satellite radio, “I personally don’t like it at all or condone it, but she’s my mom, so I have to show her support.”
Now, excuse me while I barf up my lunch…
