Wanna own a sexy 2000 Porsche Boxter? Just ask 17-year-old Steven Ortiz how he snagged himself one of the hottest cars on the planet without spending a dime.
The Craigslist genuis started out with an old cell phone and, over the course of two years, traded in several items to end up with the ultimate, $9,000 prize (photographed right).
Icing on the cake? He didn’t even pay for the original cell phone – it was given to him by a friend.
Ironically enough, Steven wasn’t even old enough to drive when he embarked on his endevour. Now 17, Ortiz can enjoy his new prize on an open road.
Next up for Steven Ortiz? Trading in his new Porsche for his first home.
Not bad for 17.
