The cast of Jersey Shore is going to have a lot more time for GTL now that they’ve decided to strike against their faithful employer, MTV.
That’s right folks, the Jersey Shore crew – who were completely unknown before the first season of the show – are now fighting for more money and refusing to film until they get it.
According to sources, The Situation and Snooki are supposed to be filming their hometown footage today but the camera crew doesn’t believe they’ll show up until their contracts are negotiated.
While we can’t confirm that The Situation and Snooki are refusing to shoot, the other cast members (JWoww, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D and Vinny) told camera crews they weren’t shooting without new contracts. Ballsy!
Is it just me or are these spoiled brats asking for too much too soon? Listen, you had one successful season and now you’re willing to jeopardize your “careers” for a bit of extra cash? Did you not hear about MTV’s plans to get a whole new cast asap?
As much as they’d like to believe they aren’t, these 7 guidos and guidettes are 100 percent replaceable. We can find 7 trashy, mouthy, mildy attractive, wannabe stars in a heartbeat – and they’d be willing to kick back shots and start bar brawls for a hell of a lot less than what these d-listers are demanding.
The only ones members anyone even wants to see again are Snooki and The Situation!
I say good riddance to the rest of ‘em. Good luck paying for all your spray tanning sessions when you’re out of work for good.
