TMZ first posted this hilarious picture, with the caption “Tiger: Is that John Daly, or am I hallucinating?” I admit, I totally LOL’d at the sight of it. It’s as if John Daly just strolled into the picture after his shift as the keyboard player for an airport lounge singer.
Though Tiger and his *amazing* forehead face tan are staring at John in disbelief- all of the men in the photo are past winners of the British Open, which kicked off earlier today at St. Andrews.
However, John’s distracting wardrobe choices continued as the golfers hit the course today and it seems to be a good strategy for him! While all eyes were on his purple paisley pants, John “birdied seven of the first 11 holes and finished his round with a six-under-par 66,” writes The Daily Fix.
The thing Daly likes most about what he calls his, “lucky pants” is that “you can get dressed in the dark, because every shirt is going to match.”
Um, not really John. I also wouldn’t advise using that logic when choosing clothes on a regular basis, however, so far is does seem to be helping your game – on the course, anyway.
