If Lindsay Lohan was worried about spending 90 days in jail, she’ll definitely be devastated to learn today that her sentence might increase after photos of her fingernail “FU” swarm the Internet today.
Lindsay (not Lindsey, despite how many are spelling her name) stood up in front of the judge (after being sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days of alcohol rehabilitation) and insisted that she wasn’t taking the situation lightly but a subliminal message on her left middle finger definitely indicates otherwise.
As you can see in the photo on the right, Lilo wrote a very clear “F-ck U” on her middle finger. Whether it was directed at the judge or not is irrelevant at this point, but the message could land the troubled starlet more time behind bars.
If Lindsay’s lawyer can’t prove that the message was not directed towards the courts, there could be a separate charge for contempt, as New York City Public Defender Stacy Schneider says. “She could have an entire extra sentence heaped on top of her current one. If the judge were angry enough, it could run even consecutively.”
Unfortunately for Lohan, the judge did not seem impressed with her behavior and, undoubtedly, will not be impressed with Lindsay’s lack of respect for the courts.

I put in on my finder for paparazzi, really really, sob sob sob. It wasnt meant for you. I mean it from the bottom of my heart”. Sob sob sob. Not the sharpest dart on the board is she. She would be better off confessing that she is just stupid and angry and apologize for being disrespectful. Thats my advice. Fess up and try to be real. Your last court appearance was so disingenuous I could smell that shit all the way here in Libya.
Shes an actress…tears are acting 101.. You can tell this girl is a messed up mess and I’m sure she was laughing her A.. off as she was getting that FU put on her nails. The best thing for her is jail. Sometime you just have to let them learn the hard way.
