Jodi Foster Beats Up Teenagers

By Mark Lorenz on June 11th, 2010

Jodi Foster, what in the hell are you doing? Going around pummeling teenagers? Isn’t that what you built your career off of, getting pummeled as a teenager?

What the hell, Jodi Foster. You’re supposed to be a paragon of feminine power, a seer of the truth and a defender of the roles of women in major motion pictures. You’re an Academy Award winner. If a kid is following you around with a camera, you don’t get pushy. Don’t get angry. It’s just a kid with a camera. You’re a public figure.

Anyway, whilst shopping for delicious produce at the Grove – or more realistically seeing a movie – she was being trailed by someone in their teens, taking pictures with a long-photo lens. She understandably took a little bit of offense to this, and did the irrational thing of pushing the person, and scratching him on the arm. And him, being the douchebag that he probably is, is now pursuing a lawsuit against the star. She claims he’s a member of the press who was stalking and harassing her.

Here’s the thing – celebrities are at the Grove all the time. If you want to get their picture, you don’t have to stalk them. Just casually follow them back to their cars. Trust, it works all the time. I’ve developed an immunity to being punched.
