Arizona’s just showing off now. We know they’re racist, but at this point, they’re just showing off to their friends.
They’re going to try to make babies born to illegal immigrants in the US illegals. And they’re calling them anchor babies. As in, they let illegal immigrants stay longer in the US. Recently, Arizona has been emboldened by public opinion polls that say they’re on the right track with the pursuit of legislation to make everything brown that they’ve ever come in eye-contact with as illegal as sex with a beautiful dolphin. And that’s pretty goddamn illegal.
So their next step is going to be to try to ban anchor babies. Which sounds like what you’d call a baby born to a mermaid, not an illegal immigrant. What if we do come across mermaids in the coming years? Will we treat them like illegal immigrants?
Senate Bill 1070 is already getting flack for allowing law enforcement to ask about people’s status as immigrants or citizens, but the new bill they’re trying to introduce will deny illegal immigrants the rights to have babies. Or they can have babies, but they’re called anchor babies because if the babies don’t have rights, and the parents don’t have rights, it’d just be easier to pack up and leave.
Sounds…uh, systemically evil. But effective.

Knock off the propaganda. Illegal Aliens know that having a baby inside the borders of the USA gives them a citizen child( in the law "fruit from the poison tree"or "benefits from an illegal act") in other words an "anchor". The 14th amendment "birth citizenship" is being gamed and abused and everyone knows it!

And what the hell is the problem w/ it! It was intended to provide citizenship for freed slaves and served as a final answer to the Dred Scott case, cementing the federal government's control over citizenship. It's significantly outdated and needs to be amended.

Arizona and California are the latter day Alabama and Mississippi. I suspect any day now we'll see Jan Brewer doing her best imitation of George Wallace. Ask yourself this, why aren't we hearing this anti-immigrant sentiment coming from Texas, New Mexico, and Illinois, all of which have huge undocumented Mexico immigrant populations?

Our forefathers are all anchor babies. If this law is passed,it should be retroactive centuries back.

When u multiply theres is a better chance of survival. By not reproducing, Anti Immigrants, only worsen there odds for dominance in the future. 20 years from now , who do u think will be at the top of goverment? This is MEXICAN COUNTRY always was ALWAYS will be! This law will never see the sunlight. My President Barack Hussein Obama will swiftly cut the Rattlesnake's head. The idea of struggle is as old as life itself, for life is only preserved because other living things perish through struggle… In this struggle, the stronger, the more able, win, while the less able, the weak, lose. (…) It is not by the principle of humanity that man lives or is able to preserve himself above the animal world, but solely by means of the most brutal struggle”; “The whole work of Nature is a mighty struggle between strength and weakness — an eternal victory of the strong over the weak. There would be nothing but decay in the whole of Nature if this were not so. States which offend against this elementary law fall into decay”. ”Always before God and the world, the stronger has the right to carry through what he wills.” – Adolf Hitler. Can't believe what this world is coming to. Now targeting little ones for being born in this country just because there parents are illegal immigrants. Everyone deserves the opportunity to live in this country! I agree with the illegal immigrants being reported if they are only here to cause problems. Those who kill, abuse, neglect and who are wasting their time here are the ones who should leave either black, white or brown doesn't matter the color.

I agree with Daisy. People that cause trouble should be sent back. And why are we letting terrorists into our country and giving them easy citzenship? Oh yes, hipanics are real terrorists.....
