SEC Baseball Tournament 2010

By James Sheldon on May 26th, 2010

If there’s a single, identifying factor that the NCAA is more crooked than the United States Federal government, Division I College Baseball is it.

There’s no money in college baseball, is there? No big TV contracts, no push from NCAA–I gotta stop there, or I’ll fly off on a definitive tangent. Regardless, if you’re a baseball fan, college baseball is incredibly entertaining. A lot of young talent, a lot of future MLB stars and role players and in second games of series and tournaments, you’re destined to enjoy the pings of a few metal or composite bats offering the beloved long ball. It’s just the nature of the beast.

The 2010 SEC Baseball Tournament is underway, and being a monster LSU fan, I was ecstatic to see the Tigers play their way in. Regardless, Hoover, Alabama is the host city, and the action got underway earlier today. Alabama got the day started, spanking in-state rival, Auburn University. Ole Miss followed the game 1 action with a victory over South Carolina 3 – 0, and that brings us to the present match-up of #8 seed LSU vs. #1 seed Florida slated for 5:30 EDT.

The tournament action will push in a double-elimination format through Sunday, when the 2010 SEC Baseball Tournament Champion will be crowned.

I’d love to share with everyone where you might catch some of this great, college baseball action on television, but unless you live in the Southeast, it ain’t happening without a pretty sweet sports package. If you’re a subscriber, you can score some action on ESPN3, formerly ESPN360.com. If you’re without, but interested in live stats and coverage, check out the SEC Tournament page.

I strictly recommend not to hold back until you earn big sum of money to buy different goods! You should just get the personal loans or just short term loan and feel free
