Openbook is a site that lets you search Facebook for public status updates (by people who aren’t your friends). In other words, it’s a goldmine of over-sharing.
It’s a lot of fun (and pretty disturbing) to see what people are saying about a variety of embarrassing and disgusting topics. I recommend searching for things like I hate my boss, broken condom, rectal exam, my DUI or my personal favorite, “I’m not racist but” (which is guaranteed to be followed by an extremely racist statement). The possibilities are endless!

One more thing to think about: Facebook has made a lot of changes to its privacy policy lately (and come under a lot of fire for it). Unless you have manually set your privacy settings, there’s a good chance your status updates are searchable on sites like Openbook.
