I know he couldn’t possibly sink any lower in the public arena than he’s at today — but just when you think Tiger Woods is done surprising everyone, he surprises you.
In the worst way possible. Tiger Woods was hanging out backstage at a Nickelback concert. Now, I know you’re thinking, “Really? People like Nickelback?” And the answer is an overwhelming yes. They’re not at the point where they’re open to be completely ridiculed like Creed yet, although the time for that is rapidly approaching. Nickelback won’t just eventually jump the shark, they’ll build an electronic shark like the one from Jaws, and just launch themselves over it in a fiery explosion of WTF and PRS guitars.
Anyway, the concert is in question is Nickleback playing live in Orlando. The backstage area was supposedly heavily shrouded in security, becaues Tiger Woods was hiding out, outside of his Isleworth compound, to hang out and enjoy their soothing melodies. Also, to hit on drunk sorority girls, is my guess.
Word is also spreading that Tiger’s wife, Elin, is going to forward with her efforts to divorce him. Which would be the most logical thing we’ve heard happening with Tiger’s family for a long time.
But savor that image. Of Tiger Woods and Nickleback. Together.
