Glenn Beck Fires Back At James Cameron

This is just what you want your Wednesday night to be, I know it. An epic douche-off.

Not a single person delivering the news on the Fox News Channel has mannerisms that make me not want to punch them. Not a single one of them. They’re pretty much a network filled with older, bitchy gentlemen and women who look like they’ve been stolen straight from the boxes of porno DVD’s. And while that’s an interesting mix, bitchy-acting old men and porno-looking women, the content is oftentimes self-aggrandizing puerile drivel. And by often, I mean everyday. I mean, people brag about Fox breaking stories that other networks were afraid to cover but they were just stories playing into the partisan rhetoric that helps them sell books. Fox News keeps stupid people afraid so they can push more product.

And one of the people who do that best, inexplicably? Glenn Beck. Even though everything about him reeks of fuck-up and snakeoil salesmen, he still manages to find an audience. Despite his incredibly annoying voice and transparent, one-dimensional thinking.

James Cameron made a comment talking to reporters about Glenn Beck being an asshole. Which, he is. Based on comments that he made in 2007 about James Cameron being the antichrist for directing Titanic. Glenn Beck caught wind of the comment and responded in the above video.

Go ahead. Watch it. If you don’t feel the urge to punch his smug face, I will send you a new pony. Remember — he’s a disc jockey. And in no way a political genius.
