Mischa Barton was arrested on a drunk driving charge in Los Angeles in December 2007. The actress, 21, was nabbed by sheriff’s deputies in West Hollywood after her vehicle was spotted “straddling two lanes of traffic” and failing to signal when making a turn. After being pulled over, the former star of “The O.C.” was found to have been driving under the influence (and without a license, to boot). She was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, where her bail was set at $10,000.
