Top 6 Corey Haim Moments

By James Sheldon on March 10th, 2010

Oh, you know it! There are so many more than six, but time is of the essence. The wonderful memories need to flow, and sweep us from the sorrow.

6. The Two Coreys

Teaming up with best friend and fellow Corey-actor, Corey Feldman, the “Two Coreys” treated fans, old and new alike, to a glimpse of their supreme surreality.

5. Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star

Corey Haim made a cameo in the 2003 semi-hit Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star. For many, this was proof that he was, in fact, alive and well at the time. This also planted the germinating seed of a comeback!

4. Variety Ad

A picture is worth a thousand words.

3. License to Drive

Paired with Corey Feldman and introducing the world to a young Heather Graham, Corey Haim became the dude that all young, impressionable dudes wanted to be.

2. The Lost Boys

The thought of this film is enough to cleanse my memory from the Twilight stank. Haim and Feldman, together once again, joined by Jamie Gertz, Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Patric and two-time Oscar winner Dianne Wiest. Twilight fans, this is the real deal!

1. Lucas

Still one of my favorites from the ’80s and the role that took Corey Haim from the kid playing other people’s kids, to starring roles. Co-starring with Charlie Sheen, Kerri Green, Winona Ryder and Jeremy Piven: How is this film not considered one of the best of all time?
