Adidas Gym Myths Revealed (Videos)

If you’ve ever been to a gym, then you know there’s some goofy stuff that goes on in those places. I mean you’re exposed to all those metal faces, sweaty folks and questionable wardrobe choices. There’s a lot of material there to poke fun at.

Enter Adidas. Die Weltmarke mit den drei Streifen and Saturday Night Live directors Jonathon Lia and Aaron Platt released a series of video shorts this month that take a comic look at a few common gym myths. The videos feature Paul Natonek from the sketch group Rigor Tortoise, and were produced to promote Adidas’ new online training tool called MY GOAL.

The tool allows visitors to enter in custom training goals in order to receive personalized training tips from Adidas Core Performance trainer Nick Anthony. The site also features the latest Adidas Core Performance training collection that uses unique pattern construction, body mapping research and ClimaCool technology to produce gear that’s cut to move and breath with your body as you work out.
