I've had iPod speakers for a coouple years now and I absolutely love them! Unfortunately, my boyfriend just bought me an iTouch for my birthday and it tells me that the charging function is not compatible. How rediculous is that?? It would be awesome if I could try out the new technology! :)

I don't have an iPod boombox or speaker system in 2010 because I spent too much money in 2009 pampering my husband with an iPod touch and both my kids with laptops and the cats with unlimited amounts of catnip...leaving mom cash poor and unable to buy anything fun for herself. Besides, I know if I were lucky enough to win this hubby would most likely claim it before I even came home from work-but I am hoping he'd be nice enough to share, after all it's MY birthday I'm celebrating this month, lol.

Why don't I have an iPod boombox, you ask? Well, the answer is simple enough. I HAVE NO MONEY! Had I the available funds, I would absolutely own one of these nifty little guys. But, alas, my iPod remains naked sitting on my desk with a little green plug in its headphone jack, propelling its sounds through 2 small speakers I got free with my desktop computer... in 1998. With Manolith being my source of entertainment through days both dark and bright, I found it necessary to jump at the opportunity of winning this contest, and not only upgrading my audio, but my life.

I JUST got my first ever iPod, and I am in the process of transferring music from my CDs (don't laugh, it's a tedious, lengthy process) onto it.
