Because most guys to whom this applies aren't currently working 40+ hours a week or attending university courses (Working on the weekend), spending a bunch of free time with the woman, doing extra work at home (Studying or reports) etc etc. And they all have the freedom to ditch that dead end, unappreciative job because they aren't burdened with debts, especially with all the concert going and traveling they are about to be doing. Yeah, this list makes a lot of sense, because the average guy has TONS of free time to do all this.
